A Baby Boomer child, Kathie Fitzpatrick is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and grew up enjoying all the local color and beauty of the area. From enjoying family trips over to northern California beaches, to exploring now famous landmarks of the area. Some memories range from her dad, Henry, taking her out to lunch at the famous Cathay House in Chinatown as a young child, to her Mom, Ruby taking her and the siblings to the historic “Playland at the Beach” with famous 18 ft character, the hot air propelled “laughing Sal” greeting all who arrived there, to San Francisco Zoo and Golden Gate Park– Kathie had great experiences growing up in the San Francisco region.
Later in her high school years, living in the Contra Costa area, Kathie excelled in Advanced Art, Music, Writing, Public Speaking, and Drama.
